Enjoy a taste of Mexico at La Veranda, Rosewood London’s immersive summer long-pop in collaboration with Patrón tequila. Taking over the hotel’s Edwardian courtyard, La Veranda offers an all-day menu, refreshing tequila-based cocktails and Latin-inspired live music that will transport you in mind and spirt to the blissful coastal town of Tulum.

The luscious greenery and trickling water features make for a lovely, calming spot to while away long summer days, while the elegant archways, rattan furniture and colourful Aztec Rugs embody the vibrancy of Mexican architecture and design.

When it comes to food, opt for the yellow tail tuna with red onion, mango and chili tacos or the pork quesadillas with jalapenos, red onion and salsa verde. If you’re dining en masse, look to the dedicated taco menu which is perfect for sharing. For dessert, we’d recommend the Mexican caramel flan with a caramel crisp. Pair with a Patrón Paloma or Spicy Margarita if you’re feeling brave. Once here, we promise you’ll never want to leave.
