The Wick Culture - Ed Ruscha: Science is Truth Found Out (Red)ition Scarf

Object Ed Ruscha: Science is Truth Found Out (Red)ition Scarf

Silk scarves are the perfect summer accessory. Whether you wrap one around your head to keep the evening chills at bay or around your neck à la Grace Kelly, they are an effortless way to add glamour to any outfit. This limited-edition silk twill scarf by Ed Ruscha is no exception. Produced by Massif Central and released by (RED) and Gagosian, it is based on a 1986 Ruscha drawing which was inspired by a phrase that the artist saw inscribed above the entrance to the science block of Los Angeles’s storied Hollywood High School. The bonus? All the sale proceeds go to (RED) to support their fight for equitable access to Covid relief.
