The fashion designer Henry Holland first discovered a love of ceramics during the pandemic. After years spent in the frenetic fashion world, the meditative process of sculpting each piece by hand, provided a new and welcome pace of working. Since experimenting in lockdown, he has founded an eponymous studio and worked on a range of homeware projects including textiles, glassware, lighting and furniture. This blue-and-white clay vase was made using a slab building technique and is finished with a high gloss transparent glaze.
