The artist has been obsessively painting desserts since 2021, when she turned her attention to Victorian decorative jelly moulds. Her works explore the idea of ‘eating with our eyes’ and ideas about taste.The perfect balance of nostalgia, twee and the absurd, Huston’s pink whip has a delectable kind of sensuality to it with its wobbling curves piled high.
